How to Download from Pinterest — Complete Guide

Every Pinterest pin type has a dedicated PinSavePro page tuned for that format. Pick the one that matches what you want to save.

1. Open the pin on Pinterest, in the app or on the web. The pin must be public.
2. Copy the link. In the app, tap the share icon and choose Copy Link. On the web, copy the URL from your browser's address bar. Short pin.it links work too.
3. Paste it into PinSavePro on the tool page that matches your pin type. Tap Download.
4. Save the file to your device. Use the quality button you want (highest quality by default).

Safari is the recommended browser on iOS because it handles the Photos handoff natively. Chrome for iOS works too, but the file saves to the Files app instead of Photos.

• Deleted or expired pin: the URL still looks valid but Pinterest no longer serves it.
• Region-restricted pin: some pins are country-blocked. A different network usually resolves it.
• Expired pin.it short link: pin.it links can expire. Grab the full pinterest.com/pin/ URL from the pin itself.
• HD button missing: the source was never uploaded in HD. PinSavePro cannot create quality Pinterest never had.
